    Description

This class will cover the use of design models, conceptual models, and inventive technology during the preconstruction phase of a project. We will discuss how to utilize a wide variety of Autodesk, Inc., software such as Revit software, Navisworks software, and ReCap software, rendering several different types of deliverables. Topics include using laser scanning and model-based scope clarifications, quantity extraction, value analysis, options analysis, and phasing exhibits. We will look at the process, advantages, and potential challenges of creating and utilizing these deliverables.
