Tata Projects is one of the first EPC contractors in India, implementing a fully digital strategy, for delivering large-scale infrastructure projects on digital-first concepts. One of the largest airport maintenance facilities that Tata Projects is delivering on EPC mode demonstrates the power of BIM integrated with Construction Cloud—Build, Autodesk BIM Collaborate, Autodesk Assemble, and Autodesk Insights—within a common data environment (CDE). This enhances collaboration among stakeholders, including the client, PMC, contractors, vendors, and design consultants. This talk will demonstrate how we merge engineering with construction execution, project controls, procurement, cost planning, and quantity control with real-time progress monitoring using dynamic BI dashboards—thus improving operational efficiency while reducing errors and risks. By pioneering this, we’re reimagining the construction lifecycle of a project through digitized process from inception to completion.
