Description
This roundtable session introduces the attendees to the soft requirements for a successful implementation of BIM; that is, those requirements that are beyond the software and technology. Topics are introduced and then attendees analyze them using discussion and workshop activities.The topics covered are ones that have been successful for firms who have already integrated BIM, those that are in the process of implementing BIM and those that are still getting started. Attendees are exposed to the experiences of others, both the good and the bad.
