Whether your company has a rich history with Revit software or you've recently decided to take the plunge, developing and maintaining internal training is a tall order. BuroHappold Engineering New York has developed a thorough yet practical internal training program for its offices worldwide and would like to share the outcome of the challenges that were faced along the way. With 90% of the projects in our New York office being Revit software-based, new engineers had a limited amount of time to adjust to the technology and the corresponding company standards. This demand placed an enormous amount of pressure on the Building Information Modeling (BIM) Team to create a training program that was fast, furious, and efficient. Attendees of this presentation will leave with a clear understanding of the steps necessary for ensuring that engineers are ready to hit the ground running in Revit software projects.
