Description
Using Autodesk Fusion 360 software, we embraced a digital thread from design to production (or, as they say in sales, "from curiosity to cash"). Our new processes revolve around Fusion 360 and deliver improvements in process reliability and predictability. Just as importantly, this change let us create a new cloud-based digital customer experience. In this session, we'll look at how we applied Fusion 360 to create our new computer numerical control (CNC) manufacturing processes, and examine how we created the necessary Fusion 360 add-ins. Then we'll show how we took the further step of integrating Fusion 360, and our Fusion 360 add-in (created with the Fusion 360 API), with our cloud-based internal and customer-facing IT system. For our customers, the result is a new cloud-based customer experience that enables orders, reorders, and customization more easily than ever before. See how we went from standardizing on Fusion 360 to making it the core of our digital business transformation.
