Building a Construction Technology Stack

This class will present an overview of how one goes about determining what collection of technologies is going to be best for one’s business. The talk will outline the dynamic nature of technology and will include methods for self-evaluation (where am I now?), methods for determining where you need to go given the current state of your business and market conditions, and a guide for how to get there. The talk will include recommendations on piloting technologies and discuss how to roll out new technologies across an entire business.
