    Description

In this session, we’ll showcase how to conceptualize 80 different schoolhouse space types to meet end-user demands. We’ll explore a case study of the Kanjoni Schoolhouse project, where we transitioned from traditional PDF/Excel space “cards” to a living, 3D relational model using Tandem and Revit software. In just four months, we moved from scattered reference material to a structured data set ready for contractor bidding. You’ll learn why we selected Tandem as the platform, how artificial intelligence (AI) helped us manage feedback and quality, and how a Digital Workplace can evolve from an operational tool into a continuous development platform. We’ll share lessons learned from our real-world innovative use case of Tandem—highlighting its role in driving transparency, collaboration, and future scalability. This talk is for those ready to challenge traditional workflows and see what happens when you intentionally break the "rules" to build something better.
