Forma Build + Autodesk Construction Coud = Data-Driven Communication and Decision Making

There are rising needs for higher productivity, influenced by factors like overtime regulations, project complexity, and reduced proficiency among management. We were able to efficiently manage large-scale projects without delays by adapting Autodesk Forma and collaborating with project stakeholders. Drawing management relied heavily on Excel, which can be questionable due to difficulties in visualizing progress and understanding interrelationships with drawings and order changes. These miscommunications cause delays in 20% of projects. To address this, Autodesk Forma can not only integrate data with models, but also allow for better visualization, especially during schedule changes, with the goal of eliminating misunderstandings and material order delays. We achieve zero delays stemming from the procurement process across all Autodesk Forma-adapted projects. This initiative is then integrated into on-site construction progress management.
