Description
Heathrow Airport is the fourth-busiest airport in the world, serving more than 80 million passengers annually. To improve every journey for our passengers, we need to constantly maintain and produce new assets and related digital asset information. Heathrow's goal is to create a digital ecosystem to harness the value of the data throughout the lifecycle of our assets and become a data-driven organization. We will share how to achieve digital change in a large functioning airport by harmonizing the challenges, technology, people, and processes to attain the expected outcomes and benefits. We'll show how digital transformation and our digitalization approach is minimizing rework, making delivery of our designs safer and faster. Our digital road map will reveal how to use a common data environment (CDE) supported by advanced technology, standards, and a solid training framework. Discover how we create a digital community where we can test new ideas in a real-world setting and help change to be embraced.
