The construction industry faces significant pressure to undergo digital transformation, necessitating the integration of all users, data, and stakeholders into a unified common data environment (CDE). Users seek flexibility in the platform and the ability to use multiple applications alongside Autodesk Forma. The Copenhagen Metro embarked on the challenge of transitioning to Autodesk Forma for the design and construction of the new M5 Metro Line. This presentation aims to share our journey of harnessing the capabilities of Workato to establish efficient workflows and automations. These initiatives facilitated Autodesk Forma implementation and enhanced user satisfaction of the platform. With cooperation from Autodesk, we've managed to speed up implementation of Forma Data Management and Forma Build modules, decrease time spent on tedious self-repeating tasks, increase quality, and use the functionalities of other tools by integrating applications with Autodesk Forma to create a holistic CDE.
