Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming how we design and deliver construction projects. But real innovation begins with data. This session will offer a strategic and technical road map to scaling AI-driven design pipelines for outcome-based BIM, using tools like Autodesk Platform Services. We’ll explore how structured data pipelines, intelligent agents, and modular architectures enable the generation, enrichment, and validation of intelligent models by integrating geometry, constraints, and regulatory metadata. You’ll gain a practical framework for implementing secure, transparent, and scalable workflows that support real-time consistency checks, compliance tracking, and iterative refinement. We’ll also examine how AI impacts productivity, costs, and timelines, while addressing the legal, regulatory, and ethical implications of automating design. Aimed at decision makers, this session will show how AI can augment human expertise, with outcomes driving the model, to support business-aligned innovation in design and construction.

Data is no longer just a byproduct of our projects—it’s their very foundation. In the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry, data represents both the memory of our companies and the raw material for future innovation. It transforms experience into insights, enabling us to deliver quality outcomes and pave the way for tomorrow’s AI-driven workflows. How can we make data truly trusted, structured, and seamlessly flowing across teams, tools, and platforms within a robust common data environment (CDE)? To address these challenges, we’ve created an integrated and scalable solution that combines automated auditing, smart visualization, and seamless communication. Our approach ensures consistency, traceability, and quality of BIM data throughout the project lifecycle, and it supports measurable outcomes and benefits to new stakeholders. During the session, we’ll present a real-world project where this solution was successfully deployed and validated. We’ll reveal key performance metrics demonstrating its effectiveness.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is unlocking a new era of creativity—but it’s not for the faint of heart. In this session, we’ll show how “vibe coding” empowers developers and product managers alike to move quickly, prototype boldly, and ship without waiting. You’ll learn how tools like Cursor enable fearless experimentation—if you’re willing to let go of old workflows. With real-world proof from Arkance—where a PM built an AI-powered web app solo in 48 hours—this session is a wake-up call: You don’t need permission to build.

Architects aren’t exactly known for loving data. But what happens when bad data costs you money—and reputation? In this session, we’ll take you behind the scenes of A-lab’s shift to becoming a data-forward studio that clients see as partners, not just consultants. Through a strategic collaboration with start-up AnkerDB and established industry systems like Autodesk Forma, Autodesk Platform Services, Revit software, and Microsoft Power BI, A-lab transformed its Project Delivery workflows, building a connected data ecosystem beyond BIM, to support real-time collaboration, transparency, and carbon-conscious design. We’ll share our “proof of concept” of BIM for lifecycle analysis—linking design and environmental data with benchmarks like BREEAM and the EU taxonomy. With live dashboards and automated workflows, this method boosts client trust, cuts CO2 budgets, and reshapes internal attitudes toward data. Perfect for anyone building the case for data-driven workflows in a skeptical environment.
