Description
We’re a Mexican general contractor with more than 60 years of experience in the industrial and vertical housing market, and five years into our using Construction Cloud, we identified a major opportunity: the excessive time that construction project managers and superintendents spend weekly reviewing subcontractor payment applications. Copachisa has worked with Construction Cloud for three years, investing heavily in the Schedule tool. Last year, our CEO challenged the virtual design and construction (VDC) and IT departments to eliminate the 600 hours typically spent during the execution phase on payment application reviews. In this class, we’ll share the automation we implemented to reach zero review hours. By using the data connector to link construction schedule progress with our ERP, we improved workflows and freed up our teams to focus on what truly matters: controlling and mitigating the gap between scheduled versus completed progress.
