In this Hands-On Labs, we'll explore the workflows between InfoWorks ICM and AutoCAD Civil 3D. While this is not a superficial, unnecessary, or overly bad sequel, this Hands-on lab will explore real-time collaboration we challenge two teams to execute a whodunnit flood simulation to save the little town of Topper. InfoWorks ICM enables team collaboration and empowers engineers to reach beyond single-purpose tools tools to evaluate various options against a multitude of rainfall events within the context of the entire watershed. This Lab will provide users the opportunity to save the town of Topper - together by leveraging Civil 3D data, and InfoWorks ICMs integrated catchment modeling to evaluate the town for possible flood damages.

The Trinity River Authority of Texas adopts a comprehensive wastewater management approach by seamlessly integrating InfoWorks ICM software with both network and plant model representations. This unique strategy enables the evaluation of more-holistic solutions, setting a new standard in the industry. Using the Optimizer software from Autodesk Partner Optimatics, the authority evaluates diverse infrastructure alternatives to optimize conveyance and treatment solutions. Schettini Engenharia understood that for this atypical situation, it would be necessary to bring together some strategic partners to develop the entire building information modeling (BIM) solution with the help of geographic information system (GIS) solutions, starting the first smart-city project in the region. In São Paulo, IBGE found that 1.2+ million people live in slums. These areas are becoming increasingly dense, which poses a challenge for sewage and drainage systems. Paraisópolis is the densest slum in São Paulo, and its streams have been occupied by housing.
