With cloud transformation, Bonava has been able to support its rapid, geographically dispersed growth to become one of northern Europe’s leading residential developers. With operations in 8 countries and close to 2.000 employees and hundreds of ongoing projects, standardising and using cloud based collaborative solutions is a must. In this talk we will focus on the following areas: 1) the challenges we face as an industry and what we can learn from other industries; 2) how new technology and software solutions can help us drive better productivity and share some use cases around cost management of construction projects; 3) some of the benefits we have seen in using Revit Cloud sharing together with Sigma Estimates 5D software; 4) some lessons learned and how we get people to change.
