Description
Product lifecycle management (PLM) projects involve many people who have different competencies and goals for the project. Gathering relevant data about your business processes can be one of the most difficult tasks for the consultant helping you build your system. You will learn what information is and is not important for preparing for a successful Fusion Lifecycle implementation. You will be provided tips on how to see the end goal and understand the implementation process.
