    Description

    There are so many enterprise-level technologies and business tools in use. Which one is the right one to use? Doesn't ERP do everything? And I'm sure I heard that new CRM tools can do more than everything as well. But what about PDM and PLM, where do they fit? Do they fit? Aren't they the complicated tools used only in engineering? This class aims to lift the confusion around enterprise technologies, where and how they fit together, and how they can be used collaborativley to provide the right tools for the job.
